Fibramérica’s FAB‑HGT‑16F‑1 is a robust FTTH drop cable type fiber optic splice and splitter closure designed to perform reliably under the harshest field conditions. Engineered with rugged modified polymer plastic, this enclosure meets IP68 and IK10 standards, offering protection against water, dust, impact, and temperature extremes.

This model supports up to 48 fiber splices with 4 rotatable trays and includes a dismountable adapter panel for flexibility during installation. It accommodates 16 SC adapters, supports midspan termination, and includes 2 round ports and 1 oval uncut port for versatile cable configurations. Up to 3 × 1×8 or 1 × 1×16 PLC splitters can be installed.

Ideal for underground, pole, or wall-mounted applications, it is compatible with 2×3mm indoor FTTH drop cables, figure-8 outdoor cables, and 4mm or 7mm cables. With mechanical sealing and a user-friendly design, this box ensures ease of installation and secure long-term operation in demanding FTTH deployments.
