The FAB-SC-04 Series Field Assembly Optical Connector from Fibramérica is a next-generation fiber solution specifically designed for FTTH applications. This fast connector comes pre-terminated with fiber in the ferrule, eliminating the need for epoxy, curing, or polishing—ensuring a faster and cleaner installation process.

Its innovative crimping structure provides solid mechanical and optical performance, compatible with both single-mode and multimode fibers. Supporting rubber-insulated 2x cable and 3.0 mm fiber, this connector is ideal for field environments where precision, ease of use, and speed are critical.

With installation times under 40 seconds and a >99% success rate in the field, the FAB-SC-04 excels in time-sensitive deployments. It delivers low insertion loss (≤0.5 dB typical) and a high return loss average of 50 dB, making it ideal for high-quality signal transmission.
