Description

The C-SC-APC from Fibramérica is a high-performance, preconnectorized SC drop connector designed for rapid deployment in FTTH last-drop scenarios. Developed for plug-and-play use, it enables quick, secure, and efficient fiber terminations at the subscriber end, eliminating the need for field splicing or complex assembly processes.

Constructed with LSZH and PC+ABS materials, this drop connector provides robust outdoor performance with an IP67 protection rating, ensuring full resistance to dust, water, and environmental stress. Its modular design allows flexible expansion and supports field or factory assembly options, with various cable lengths ranging from 30 to 300 meters or custom configurations.

Compatible with 2×5.2 mm flat or 5 mm round drop cables, the C-SC-APC connector delivers exceptional optical performance, with insertion loss as low as 0.3 dB and return loss of ≥60 dB for APC polish and ≥55 dB for UPC. Its lightweight 23g form factor makes it ideal for easy wall or façade mounting and is suited for indoor or outdoor use.
