Description
The FAB-ONU-H827AX is a high-performance XPON Optical Network Unit (ONU) designed for modern FTTH deployments. Supporting automatic GPON and EPON compatibility, it enables service providers to deploy a single ONU platform across different network infrastructures without replacing hardware or firmware. Engineered by Fibramérica, it integrates Gigabit Ethernet, VoIP, and dual-band Wi-Fi 6 into one compact device.
Designed for residential broadband and small business applications, the device combines Layer 2 switching with Layer 3 routing, Hardware NAT, multiple WAN support, VLAN management, QoS, firewall protection, and TR-069 remote management. These capabilities simplify network provisioning while improving operational efficiency for ISPs and FTTH operators.
Wireless performance is provided through AX1500 Wi-Fi 6 technology with dual-band operation, delivering up to 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and up to 1200 Mbps on 5 GHz. External 5 dBi antennas enhance wireless coverage, while support for multiple SSIDs allows flexible network segmentation for homes and commercial environments.
For voice services, the integrated POTS interface supports SIP protocol and multiple voice codecs, making the FAB-ONU-H827AX an excellent solution for Triple Play deployments. Combining high-speed optical access, wireless connectivity, and VoIP in one platform, it provides a reliable FTTH solution engineered by Fibramérica for next-generation broadband networks.
