Description
The FAB-C6-0.5-U-ID is a high-performance Category 6 UTP LAN cable developed for indoor structured cabling applications. It is built with 4 twisted pairs made of bare copper conductors, each color-coded for easy identification during installation (blue, orange, green, brown + white).
Its flame-retardant PVC jacket and FPE insulation ensure flexibility, signal integrity, and safety across commercial and residential networks. With tensile strength values over 1.68 kgf/mm² and elongation greater than 300% before aging, the cable offers durability that meets professional-grade standards.
Electrically, this cable features a maximum DC resistance of 89 Ω/km, an insulation resistance of ≥100MΩ/km, and consistent dielectric performance (AC-500V/1min without breakdown). Its impedance profile (100±15Ω up to 100MHz and 100±22Ω from 100–250MHz) ensures excellent signal transmission with minimal delay and skew.
