FIBRAMERICA's 10G X2 transceivers are legacy fiber optic modules designed for seamless integration into 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) networks. Based on the X2 MSA form factor, these transceivers convert electrical signals to optical and back, supporting a wide range of applications in enterprise and telecom environments.
Utilizing the XAUI electrical interface, X2 modules provide high-speed data links of up to 10Gb/s and are hot-pluggable via a 70-pin connector. With power-efficient operation (max 3.5W) and management capabilities via MDIO, these modules offer reliable performance and diagnostics monitoring.
The TL-X2-10G series supports multiple wavelengths (850 nm, 1310 nm, 1550 nm, CWDM, DWDM) and covers distances from 220 meters up to 80 kilometers. Available in MMF and SMF variants with Duplex SC connectors, they are well-suited for Ethernet switches, core routers, storage, and 10Gbps backbone systems.
