Description
The FAB-MPO8-LC10G is a harness patch cord designed to split a single 40G QSFP+ connection into four 10G SFP+ ports using an 8-core B-type MPO to LC duplex fanout configuration. It is ideal for point-to-multipoint high-speed transitions in data centers and enterprise networks where cost-effective scalability is required.
Equipped with factory-terminated MPO and LC connectors, the patch cord simplifies identification and installation. The LC duplex ends are labeled for easy Tx/Rx matching, reducing deployment errors and time. This harness cable supports both multimode (OM3, OM4, OM5) and single-mode (G.657A1) fiber types, and meets stringent IL/RL performance standards.
Its compact round jacket construction with breakout legs enables neat routing inside racks, making it especially suitable for top-of-rack (ToR), middle-of-row, or leaf-spine network topologies in 10G/40G hybrid environments.
