The FAB-HGT-8DY-1 from Fibramérica is a rugged preconnectorized fiber distribution box designed for FTTH and FTTA network applications in harsh outdoor environments. This compact solution offers reliable protection, efficient fiber routing, and support for up to 8 SC/APC adapter ports, making it ideal for high-performance last-mile network terminations.

Constructed from modified PP or PC+ABS and reinforced with stainless steel accessories, this enclosure features a screw-fixed design for durability and service access. It provides IP68-rated protection against dust, water, and environmental degradation, ensuring long-term stability in demanding outdoor scenarios.

Internally, the unit integrates a 1×8 PLC splitter and accommodates both fusion and mechanical splicing. Its advanced internal layout simplifies cable routing while maintaining a fiber bend radius above 40 mm, contributing to network integrity and ease of maintenance.

Mountable on poles, walls, or aerial structures, the FAB-HGT-8DY-1 ensures fast, flexible, and protected deployment of optical networks in residential or enterprise environments.
