Description

Fibramérica’s FAB-HGT-24H Fiber Termination Box is designed for secure, high-density fiber termination in FTTx networks, providing reliable performance in both indoor and outdoor environments. It serves as a termination point for feeder cables to connect with drop cables, supporting splicing, splitting, and distribution in one robust unit.

Constructed from ABS or PC+ABS, this enclosure delivers IP65-rated protection, ensuring resistance to dust, water, and environmental wear. It integrates a splice cassette and efficient cable management system to maintain a fiber bend radius greater than 40mm, ensuring signal integrity. With a maximum splicing capacity of 24 cores, it is suitable for both residential and commercial fiber deployments.

The FAB-HGT-24H supports fusion and mechanical splicing, with performance-optimized optical interfaces offering ≤0.2dB insertion loss, UPC return loss ≥50dB, and APC return loss ≥60dB. Designed for long-term durability, the unit withstands over 1000 mating cycles and operates in temperatures from -40°C to +85°C.

Its flexible mounting options, including wall, pole, and aerial installations, make it an excellent choice for ISPs, telecom providers, and enterprise fiber networks.
