The FAB-OFC-BDH-J4 is a dome-type heat-shrinkable fiber optic splice closure designed to provide reliable sealing and high-capacity splicing in FTTx and backbone optical networks. Engineered for uncut cable applications, this closure is compatible with aerial, underground (direct buried or pipelined), wall-mounted, and manhole installations.
Constructed with a durable PC dome body and sealed with thermoplastic rubber, the unit offers long-lasting protection against moisture, dust, and environmental stress. It features 4 cable ports (3×16 mm, 1×25 mm), supporting flexible cable routing for varied network topologies.
Internally, the closure accommodates up to 48 bunchy fibers or 72 ribbon fibers across 4 splice trays. Each tray supports 6 fibers (single layer) or 12 fibers (dual layer) in bunchy configurations, with ribbon support up to 3 pieces per tray — offering ample flexibility for network expansions.
