Description
The Insertion Module & LGX Box Type PLC Splitter by Fibramérica is an optical power management device widely used in FTTx networks, CATV, and passive optical networks (PON). It evenly splits one or two optical signals into multiple outputs with minimal loss, offering stable performance across a broad wavelength range (1260–1650nm).
This splitter is available in both 1×N and 2×N configurations (up to 64 outputs), offering a space-saving solution with its compact design. The insertion module (cassette) format is ideal for installation inside terminal boxes, fiber distribution units, or ODF frames, while the LGX box type provides enhanced protection and rack compatibility.
Built with SMF-28e fiber and pre-connected pigtails (customizable), it supports high return loss, low insertion loss, and excellent uniformity. Its construction adheres to Telcordia GR-1209/1221 standards, ensuring reliability and long-term field performance even under varying environmental conditions.
Fibramérica also supports custom packaging and splitter ratios, making it highly adaptable to specific project needs.
