The FAB-MPO24-12X2 is a high-density 1:2 conversion cable designed to split a 100G MPO24 interface into two 40G MPO12 interfaces, enabling flexible deployment in modern data center environments where bandwidth scaling and link aggregation are required.
With one 24-core MTP/MPO connector on one side and two 12-core MTP/MPO connectors on the other, this cable supports both multimode (OM3/OM4/OM5) and single-mode (G.657A1) fibers. It is fully factory-terminated and tested for insertion loss, return loss, and geometry using interferometric analysis.
Optimized for 100G and 40G parallel optics, this conversion harness simplifies infrastructure migration without requiring additional hardware. The low-loss MPO connectors conform to TIA/EIA-568-C and IEC-61754-7 standards and are available in standard or Elite configurations.
