Description

The FAB-S13-D-72 is a 72-core optic fiber patchpanel designed for standard 19” rack-mount installations. This unit serves as a multifunctional distribution platform integrating pre-connectorized optical couplers, splice trays, and adapter panels for structured optical reception and transmission systems.

Its drawer-type design enables technicians to easily access internal splice trays and adapter slots without removing the patchpanel from the rack, simplifying fiber maintenance and upgrades. Each of the six trays slides independently, offering organized routing and maximum protection for fiber splices and connectors.

The unit accommodates SC, FC, or LC adapters and is optimized for SC/APC pigtails with G.657A1 fiber. Each tray provides 12 adapter ports and 24 fusion splicing cores, offering a total capacity of 72 fibers across six trays.

Constructed from SPCC steel and finished in gray RAL 7035, the patchpanel has a footprint of 79 mm in height, 482 mm in width, and 350 mm in depth, combining rugged durability with easy integration into telecom cabinets or data racks.
