The FAB-TM293 OTDR by Fibramérica is a comprehensive fiber testing tool engineered for precise diagnostics across long-distance fiber optic networks. Designed with dual or single wavelength options (1310/1550nm or up to 1650nm), it offers a dynamic range of up to 24dB and supports testing distances up to 80 km.

This unit features a responsive capacitive touchscreen (4.3″, 800×480 IPS) and a keyboard interface, allowing technicians to operate the device easily through either mode. It supports file editing, naming, and stores over 100,000 test records in SOR format, making it ideal for managing large-scale testing projects.

Integrated tools include an OTDR, Event Map, Optical Power Meter, Optical Light Source, Visual Fault Locator (VFL), and Optical Loss Tester. Optional RJ45 Tracker and flash light further extend its versatility. Data export is simplified via USB and TF card slots, and its lithium battery supports over 5,000 test operations.
