Description
The FAB-233YS is a high-performance XPON ONU designed for FTTH applications requiring auto-sensing support for both EPON and GPON networks. This 1GE terminal combines a compact design with robust switching capabilities, making it a versatile and energy-efficient solution for broadband access.
Compliant with ITU-T G.984.x and IEEE 802.3ah standards, the FAB-233YS supports up to 8 T-CONTs and 32 GEM ports in GPON mode. It also features full Layer 2/3 capabilities such as VLAN (802.1Q), QoS (802.1P), bandwidth control, hardware NAT, and routing support via PPPoE, DHCP, or static IP.
Equipped with a single 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet port, the device also provides performance monitoring, IGMP snooping for multicast, AES-128 downlink encryption, and IPv4/IPv6 dual stack functionality. It supports seamless integration with 95% of third-party OLTs, including Huawei, ZTE, and Fiberhome.
Ideal for FTTH deployments, the FAB-233YS is optimized for high reliability, low power consumption (<6W), and compact deployment with LED status indicators and simple reset/power controls.
