The FAB-RBTX-550S Polishing Machine is a professional-grade solution for high-precision polishing of fiber optic connectors, tailored to meet the needs of telecom labs, FTTH workshops, and industrial fiber assembly environments. Equipped with four simultaneous grinding programs (30U, 9U, 1U, ADS), the FAB-RBTX-550S offers programmable operations with real-time monitoring via an LCD microcomputer screen. Users can view parameters such as grinding time, speed, and cycle counts, ensuring full control over every polishing process.

Its innovative I.P.C. fixture design allows each ferrule to be independently pressurized, achieving consistent results whether processing one or 40 connectors. The planetary trajectory system provides adjustable grinding speed from 0 to 120 rpm, enhancing flexibility and yield in mass production.

Crafted from heat-treated stainless steel, the machine ensures long-term reliability and stability, maintaining low vibration and noise levels during operation. Its compact footprint and precise operation make it ideal for both small-scale labs and high-output environments.
