The PROBOX68-16D Optical Fiber Cable Distribution Box from Fibramérica is a high-capacity solution for terminating, splicing, and distributing large volumes of fibers in FTTx networks. Constructed from UV-resistant PP or PC+ABS, the enclosure ensures long-term durability against moisture, dust, and aging. Rated at IP65, it offers strong environmental sealing while allowing multiple installation options — wall-mounted, pole-mounted, or aerial.
The PROBOX68-16D stands out for its exceptional capacity: it supports 6 type A splice trays (72 cores), 12 type B splice trays (96 cores), or 12 type C splice trays (144 cores), with flexible combinations depending on network needs. Equipped with one oval feeder cable entry, two branch entries, and 16 household ports, it allows organized cable routing and secure splicing.
