Description
Fibramérica’s Cassette Type PLC Splitter is a precision optical distribution component designed for structured network environments such as fiber distribution boxes and junction boxes. Its compact and cassette-style design allows it to fit easily in tight spaces while maintaining organized and reliable fiber management.
The device supports both 1×N and 2×N configurations with connectorized outputs, enabling it to serve diverse requirements in FTTx, CATV, and optical access networks. Its high-performance specifications include low insertion loss, low PDL, excellent wavelength uniformity (WDL), and wide operating ranges.
This splitter is manufactured using SMF-28e fiber with 2.0 mm or 3.0 mm tight-buffered construction, making it ideal for long-term performance in indoor and outdoor environments. Fully qualified to Telcordia GR-1209 and GR-1221 standards, it ensures stable, high-density fiber distribution with long-term durability.
