Description
The FAB-ESC250D is a high-performance SC-type Field Assembly Optical Connector designed for fast, on-site fiber termination without the need for epoxy or polishing. Pre-polished and pre-assembled at the factory, this connector ensures rapid deployment with excellent optical characteristics.
Installation requires only simple steps: strip, cleave, clean the fiber, and insert it to connect with the pre-embedded fiber using index-matching gel. Its flexible locking structure and dual V-groove design provide exceptional alignment and connection stability, ensuring high repeatability and long-term reliability.
The connector supports 2.0×3.0 mm and 2.0×1.6 mm drop cables, making it a versatile solution for FTTH and indoor distribution networks. Available in both SC/UPC and SC/APC versions, the FAB-ESC250D delivers low insertion loss (AVG ≤0.3 dB) and high return loss (≥50 dB UPC, ≥55 dB APC).
