Description

Fibramérica’s FAB-HGT-16X is a high-density fiber splitter and termination box designed to support next-generation FTTH and FTTB networks with compact, efficient, and highly protective housing. Engineered for wall, pole, or aerial mounting, it delivers seamless fiber splicing, splitting, and management within a rugged enclosure.

Built with premium PC+ABS or PP materials, and featuring stainless steel bolts and nuts, the unit offers IP65-rated waterproof protection, making it ideal for outdoor and indoor use. The enclosure safeguards passive optical equipment from environmental hazards, supporting long-term deployments in a wide temperature range (-40℃ to +85℃).

The box supports 16 Huawei Mini SC adapters and includes three internal splice trays, each capable of handling up to 12 splices, for a total of 60 fiber cores. It also accommodates either two 1×8 or one 1×16 PLC splitter, enabling flexible signal distribution across access networks.

With a bend radius greater than 40 mm, low insertion loss (≤0.1 dB), and more than 1000 insertion/extraction cycles, the FAB-SPLIT16-HSC ensures optimal optical performance and operational durability—making it an excellent choice for high-density FTTH/FTTB projects.
