The FAB-OFC-BIM-C8 is a high-performance inline fiber optic splice closure with mechanical sealing, designed for scalable and reusable installations in FTTH and backbone fiber networks. Built with a durable PC housing and thermoplastic rubber seal, it ensures long-term protection in aerial, underground, and pipeline environments.
This model features 8 ports for enhanced flexibility—4 ports support 16mm cables and 4 ports support 20mm cables. It can house up to 96 fibers in bunchy configuration or up to 288 fibers in ribbon mode, across 4 splice trays. The closure supports a dual-layer tray configuration for higher density without compromising accessibility.
Thanks to its robust sealing system, the BIM-C8 closure is ideal for frequent maintenance and upgrades, as it allows re-entry without compromising performance. Its extended size offers optimized cable management and installation space for complex network deployments.
