The FAB-OFC-BDH-C17S12 Dome Type Heat Shrinkable Fiber Optic Splice Closure is a highly reliable enclosure designed for external fiber management systems. Using a heat shrinkable sealing method, it is particularly suitable for uncut cables, providing a long-lasting environmental seal.

Its single-ended dome design ensures robust protection, with 16 round entry/exit ports and 1 oval port for looped cables. Supporting up to 288 fibers, this closure integrates both splicing and passive component management, making it ideal for FTTx and backbone network deployments.

The closure uses a clamp and O-ring sealing system to enhance reliability, ensuring resistance against moisture, dust, and harsh environmental conditions.
