Unitube Non-metallic Non- -armored Cable | FAB-GYFXY

The FAB-GYFXY is a fully dielectric, non-armored unitube optical fiber cable designed for outdoor use in applications where electromagnetic interference must be avoided. It houses 250 µm fibers in a hydrolysis-resistant loose tube filled with a water-blocking compound to maintain signal integrity and prevent moisture ingress.

For mechanical reinforcement, two parallel Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRPs) run alongside the cable, offering excellent tensile strength without introducing metal components. Over the core, a layer of water-blocking material is applied to ensure full waterproofing, and the structure is completed with a UV-resistant polyethylene (PE) outer sheath.

With a small diameter and light weight, FAB-GYFXY is highly suitable for duct and aerial installations requiring flexible, corrosion-free solutions. It is especially ideal for environments sensitive to electromagnetic interference, such as power transmission corridors or areas with high electrical activity.

Conforming to YD/T 769-2010 standards, this cable offers reliable performance across a wide temperature range, making it a dependable choice for long-distance optical communication networks.
