Description
Fibramérica’s 12-core ADSS fiber optic cable is designed to provide high-performance aerial connectivity over spans up to 100 meters. Built with a fully dielectric and self-supporting structure, it is ideal for pole-to-pole installations, even in challenging outdoor environments.
This cable utilizes G.652D single-mode fiber, delivering excellent signal transmission with low attenuation and dispersion. Its construction includes a central FRP strength member, water-blocking gel-filled PBT tubes, aramid yarn reinforcement, and a robust MDPE or HDPE outer jacket—ensuring long-term durability against UV radiation, moisture, and mechanical stress.
The loose-jacketed, stranded design enables flexible deployment while maintaining the strength needed for tensioned aerial lines. Its zero-dispersion properties and low polarization mode dispersion enhance performance over long distances with minimal signal degradation.
