The FAB-OFC-BDM-F6 is a dome type fiber optic splice closure engineered with mechanical sealing, delivering exceptional performance and durability in harsh environments. Designed by Fibramérica, it supports fiber splicing in modern FTTH, enterprise, and outdoor fiber optic networks.
With a generous capacity of up to 240 fibers in bunchy mode or 576 fibers in ribbon configuration, this closure is suitable for high-density fiber deployments. Its 6 ports accommodate various cable diameters, making it flexible for diverse installation needs.
Unlike closures with thermal sealing, the mechanical sealing system ensures quick installation and reusability, saving time and maintenance costs. The PC body combined with thermoplastic rubber sealing provides excellent resistance to weather, impact, and temperature variations.
