The Fibramérica Hybrid PON Gateway connects offices, branches, shops and other business premises through adaptive EPON/GPON, Ethernet or a version-specific cellular connection. It combines Wi-Fi 6, four Gigabit Ethernet interfaces and an FXS telephone port in one device.
The family includes 4G and 5G configurations, each offered in standard and mobile-voice versions. Their cellular band profiles differ, so the appropriate configuration is selected for the operator, location and required services.
The solution supports backup connectivity and describes automatic switching from a failed fixed connection to a 5G link. Backup priorities and behavior are configured and validated for the selected installation.
Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 serves wireless devices, while the Ethernet interfaces connect local equipment. LAN 1 can be reassigned as an Ethernet WAN connection. The gateway also provides routing, bridging, traffic prioritization, listed VPN functions and local or remote management interfaces.
Specify the installation country, intended fiber and mobile operators, required cellular configuration, voice services and backup requirements. Operator provisioning, SIM and service plans, power accessories and any management-platform subscriptions are defined in the quotation.

| Link backup | The solution describes backup links and automatic switching from a failed fixed connection to a 5G link; configuration and service validation are required |
Confirm optical provisioning, cellular bands, SIM service, firmware, voice services and power requirements for the selected configuration and installation location. The specification does not define a guaranteed failover time or uninterrupted application sessions.
The family includes 5G Standard, 5G with Mobile Voice, 4G Standard and 4G with Mobile Voice. The 4G and 5G groups have different cellular band profiles. Native mobile voice is indicated only for the designated voice versions.
The solution describes link backup and automatic switching from a failed fixed connection to a 5G link. The selected configuration, coverage, operator service and application behavior must be validated. A guaranteed switching time or uninterrupted sessions are not specified.
No. The specification provides separate LTE band lists for the two groups. Check the bands in the technical tables against the operator and installation location before choosing the configuration.
There are four Gigabit Ethernet interfaces. LAN 1 can be configured as WAN; when it is used for the Ethernet uplink, three Ethernet interfaces remain available for the local network.
Yes. One FXS port is listed for all four configurations, together with SIP voice gateway functions. Native cellular voice is a separate capability available in the designated mobile-voice versions and requires compatible operator services.
Its documented role is to connect the premises to operator networks through optical, Ethernet or cellular access. Its EPON/GPON interface is an uplink. The downstream GPON distribution interface used by an FTTO main gateway to connect secondary gateways is not specified for this product.
Compatibility must be confirmed for the selected operator and version, including optical provisioning, cellular bands, SIM service, firmware and applicable operator requirements. The specification does not establish universal compatibility.
These items and any subscriptions or licenses are defined in the commercial quotation. The product specification alone does not establish that they are included. The power adapter rating and maximum consumption are also confirmed for the selected configuration.
Our engineering team can confirm compatibility, custom specs and OEM branding options.
