Its reinforced structure includes transverse and vertical stiffeners on the shaft’s exterior, enabling it to withstand vehicle loads up to 26,500 lbs while ensuring a firm bond with the compacted soil layer. The cover is secured with anti-theft bolts that can only be opened using a special wrench, providing maintenance access while safeguarding the system from unauthorized tampering.
