The Fibramérica FLEXSEAL 8 FAB-HGT-58R-EI is a compact fiber optic terminal designed for FTTx fiber distribution, splicing and subscriber drop connections. Its architecture combines 2 feeder cable entry ports, 8 drop cable outlets, capacity for up to 12 fiber splices and 8 adapter positions, providing an efficient termination point for access-network deployments.

A removable internal tray gives technicians direct access to the fiber splicing and routing area, simplifying fiber organization during installation and maintenance. The modular internal arrangement also supports pass-through cabling and integration of optical components, providing deployment flexibility for initial installations and future network expansion.

The FLEXSEAL 8 uses a compression-based gel sealing system around the cable access area. When the enclosure is closed, the gel remains compressed around installed cables and unused ports. Combined with its PP+GF housing and IP68 ingress protection rating, this design makes the terminal suitable for above-ground and underground installations, including manholes and hand holes.

With pole, wall and aerial strand mounting options, the FAB-HGT-58R-EI gives ISPs and FTTx network operators a versatile fiber distribution solution for subscriber access networks. Its compact 215 × 120 × 70 mm enclosure combines splice management, termination and drop distribution in a single Fibramérica terminal.
